It’s getting close to the end of the year and everybody is thinking about New Year’s resolutions and what to change next year. Let me recommend you something. If you are looking for something to have a real impact on your personal or business life, read the books of Keith Ferrazzi and his blog. You might already know “Never Eat Alone” so go ahead and give his new book “Who’s Got Your Back?” a go. Let Keith explain what it’s all about:

The WCS Xmas Splash ‘09

To start a tradition I organized this year a little Xmas dinner and invited all my friends working in the wedding industry to the first WCS (Wedding Crashers Switzerland) Xmas Splash ‘09. It was awesome to see how many wedding photographers, designers, second shooters & assistants showed up, coming from all over Switzerland. The perfect occasion to start some networking!

We spent a great time chatting, eating & drinking, with David’s photo booth and Jeanine’s Xmas cookies :-) Thanks for the help to make this lil’ GTG a success! It was definitely not the last WCS event. Stay tuned!

Elin (Baby Session)

Wow, that was an amazing afternoon I spent photographing 6 month old Elin! I couldn’t believe how much energy she had. I was really exhausted after 2 hours of rolling around on the floor and taking photographs. She was moving a lot and changing her face’s expression so fast that I even had to set my camera on ‘continuous mode’ shooting. And as it can happen sometimes after an exhausting shooting I was waking up with aching muscles the next day :-)

You’re a great model, Elin! Keep it rockin’!

Emily & Philip (Engagement Session)

I really love the mountains here in Switzerland. So it was a special pleasure for me to drive today early in the morning up to Gstaad to photograph a quick engagement session with Emily & Philip before their wedding this weekend. We were lucky enough to get half an hour of some relaxed shooting before it started to rain. Didn’t matter, we were done with shooting and spent the rest of the time to go through the details of this awesome wedding to come. As Emily & Philip come from New York City there will be a lot of guests coming from all around the world. Exciting!

As it was a rainy day there was no one playing tennis. So the tennis court provided the perfect space to practice once more for the first dance.
